Spring Awakening: Yin Yoga and Qigong

Cultivating Growth Through the Wood Element

As the season shifts, nature reminds us that growth is a process of both strength and adaptability. In traditional Chinese medicine, spring is governed by the Wood element, which embodies expansion, renewal, and flexibility.

In this workshop, Kendall will guide you through a grounding yet energizing blend of practices that support the healthy flow of Wood element energy. Through Yin postures that target the liver and gallbladder meridians and fluid Qigong movements, we’ll cultivate a sense of balance—rooted yet open, steady yet expansive.
